**The holes are for your actual breasts, you don't get an insert, sorry. :)*** For over a decade I have been selling boob out shirts to cancer survivors. I decided it was time to make a dedicated "F.U. cancer " T-shirt. This is for all of you strong and brave women! A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the pasties. All you have to do is peel it off, stick it on your breasts and you are ready to ROCK! This shirt can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the pastie. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. Just let me know the shirt size and pastie size that you will need. The Regular Medium pastie is approximately 2" to 2.25" in diameter, the Large is approximately 2.50" to 2.75". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. You can choose to have the right breast cut out, the left breast cut out or both. The shirt runs a small and is made to be tight. It is made of a thin light weight t-shirt. please note it is kind of see through. Based on availability the base shirt may vary in style. The rest of the shirt will be the same.
