You will receive one green shirt and the witch hat pastie. (skirt not included) The hole in the tank top is pre cut and sewn around to prevent fraying. This shirt can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the pastie. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the pastie. All you have to do is peel it off, stick it on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! Pastie size: approximately 2.25" to 2.50". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. If you want a more modest approach you can wear a tank top underneath!
