This shirt can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the pastie or buy more pasties. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the triangle pastie. All you have to do is peel it off, stick it on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! The triangle pasties are handmade they are approximately 3 inches. If you want a more modest approach you can wear a tank top underneath!
