The hole is for your actual breast, IT IS NOT PLASTIC. :) If you want to stand out at your Ugly Sweater Party, then this SEXY reindeer ugly Christmas sweater is for you!! You will receive one black crop top Christmas sweater and the reindeer eyes and nose pastie. The skirt is not included. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the eyes and Nose. All you have to do is put your bare breast through the hole, grab the included pastie, peel of the backing and stick the reindeer nose and eyes on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! The hole in the sweater is pre cut and sewn around to prevent fraying. This sweater can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the reindeer eyes and nose. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. The sweater fits true to size. Just let me know the sweater size and pastie size that you will need. The Regular Medium pastie is approximately 2" to 2.25" in diameter, the Large is approximately 2.50" to 2.75". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. The glitter pom pom nose size may vary based on the pastie size. It will be at least 2 to 3" big. Please note: the chest hole size will vary based on the sweater I use.
