The holes are for your actual breasts, They are NOT PLASTIC or an insert. :) We are having a hard time keeping these in stock and had to switch designs part way through. When you check out it will say the color of the sweater you will receive next to the size. The black sweater runs a little bit small. If you want to stand out at your Ugly Sweater Party, then this SEXY, hilarious ugly Christmas sweater is for you!! It has two cut out holes for your bare breasts!  You will receive a version of this sweater with a snowman eyes and carrot nose pasties. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the eyes and Nose. All you have to do is peel it off, stick the snowman face on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! The holes in the sweater are pre cut and sewn around to prevent fraying. This sweater can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the eyes and nose. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. The pastie is hand made and the size is approximately 2.50" to 2.75". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. I have created the carrot nose to look erect so make sure you apply them with the nose facing upward. If you want a more modest approach you can wear a tank top underneath! Apply the eyes and nose directly onto the tank top or even a cute bra, the possibilities are endless!
