You choose how much you would like to "sexy" it up by deciding what you would like to wear under it! It comes with two Santa hat pasties. The pasties are approximately 2.50" to 2.75". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the pastie. All you have to do is peel it off, stick it on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! The pasties can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the pastie. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. You could also wear, a lace bra, sports bra, tank top, a swimsuit or even nothing! *Bra not included just the pasties.
