The hole is for your actual breast, IT IS NOT AN INSERT! Read below. :) SIZE: The tank top is a size Small but it is made to be very tight! It has a lot of stretch. It is a lightweight breathable polyester. If you want to stand out at your Halloween party, then this SEXY hilarious Witch shirt is for you!! You will receive one white shirt and the moon pastie with the bats. (skirt not included) The hole in the tank top is pre cut and sewn around to prevent fraying. This shirt can be used again, you'll just need to apply more adhesive to the pastie. You can use fashion tape, boob tape, eyelash glue, toupee tape etc.. A one time use of double sided adhesive (made for sensitive skin) is included on the pastie. All you have to do is peel it off, stick it on your breast and you are ready to ROCK! Pastie size: approximately 2.25" to 2.50". There is a small variation on the size because they are made by hand. If you want a more modest approach you can wear a tank top underneath!
